Shou Pu-erh is a special type of Chinese black tea, grown in Yunnan province and put through a fermentation process. One of its most popular varieties is Shou Pu-erh, meaning “ripened” Pu-erh.
Shou Pu-erh at a glance:

How to brew Shou Pu-erh:
• 5–7 g of tea.
• Water at 95–100 °C.
• Steep for 10–15 seconds.
• Can be infused several times.
